DIGSAU’s design for a new life sciences facility along the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia. Once complete, this 136,000 sq ft development will house one of the countries leading biotechnology companies, which in turn will bring hundreds of jobs to this once derelict parcel of the Navy Yard.

Our vision for these images was to portray the scale of the project against its immediate surroundings, highlighting the various features that connect the area to other parts of the city such as a new pedestrian bridge, river trailways and public transport links.
