Lillian Park


Lillian Park is a purpose-built rental development comprised of two buildings that stand 25 and 26 storeys respectively, totaling 564 units and inspired by elements of the neighbourhood’s existing context that encourages pedestrian interaction and circulation.

The project also succeeds in making private art a public amenity while advancing approaches to sustainable engineering and fostering an appreciation for arts and culture: values that promote a better quality of life. An art installation by Larry Bell entitled “Made for Arolsen” a uniquely designed structural glass cube installation intended as an experiential element to spark conversation and to delight the senses. Bell is a contemporary artist who experiments with the nature of surfaces and their relationship to their environment.
