This project for a private client saw the complete gut renovation of a five story townhouse in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Situated on the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s doorstep, this opulent redevelopment is perfectly located to Central Park and has direct access to Manhattan and beyond via the Fifth Avenue corridor.
By utilizing areas of the property that otherwise sat derelict, such as the extravagant rooftop solarium and exterior courtyard, it brings this late 1800s Henry Andersen building into the 21st century.
